Guinness Draught

Guinness Draught

This is the staple of an Irish Dry Stout. Typically not full bodied or "stout" in alcohol content, they are soft, creamy and dry. They are perfect for an afternoon of conversation and relaxation.

Poured with cascading action with a resultant thick, tan head. Smelt of soda crackers, toasted oats, and fresh grass. The palate brought toasted oats, malt, caramel, cream and bitter soda cracker. This is like mother's milk, very satisfying, but if you are looking for a bold beer with major flavor, this isn't the one for you. The elements to expect are smooth creamy mouth feel, and mild flavors. Serve this beverage at a temperature of 50 - 55˚F. Cheers!
