Honey Bunch Cellars: Sugar Pie - Blend 2010

Honey Bunch Cellars: Sugar Pie - Blend 2010

As the name suggests, this "Sugar Pie" is sweet and tasty.

The nose brought cherry with hints of musty earth and eucalyptus. The palate was cherry, brown sugar, molasses, moist earth, blackberry and nutmeg. Yes, there was a lot going on! The finish was a delicious molasses one. There were many sweet elements dominating, but at least there was the moist earth and bitter nutmeg to try to balance the palate. Cheers!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Like Filet mignon, this is a tender item. With marination and slow cooking, you'll find yourself cutting into the tenderloin and thinking it was butter. Delicious. And on top of that, you'll see it is one of the the leanest meats around. Enjoy!
