Kunde Family Estate: Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

This wine is 100% estate produced. With the concentrated effort, the Kunde Family is able to control and enhance their wines quality and flavor. This 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon does reflect this quality with a good depth of palate.

The nose brought a stout cherry, with spice, green pepper and wet dirt. The palate was cherry, raspberry, green pepper, moist earth and mineral chalk. The finish was long with cherry, faint molasses and mineral chalk. Delicious. Overall, this Cabernet has a good depth of palate with major tannin and dryness that all flowed together well. Cheers!
