Paso Robles area wines are definitely getting their due notoriety. This offering from Blackburn and James, a blend, showcases some of the great characteristics of Paso Robles soil and winemaking.

The nose was rich with raspberry, jam and earthy chicken coop. The palate was jammy raspberry, strawberry, gooseberry-tart and spicy-tangerine. This palate was great with strong acid to balance the well structured flavors. The finish was long with raspberry and cherry notes. Cheers!
