Symington Family Estates: Warre's Warrior, Reserve Port Wine

Symington Family Estates: Warre's Warrior, Reserve Port Wine

Based on a tradition of Port making that dates back to the 19th century, the Symington family continues to produce delicious ports that are both sweet and spicy in proper balance.

The nose was candied with prune, strawberry and molasses notes. The palate was black cherry, cotton candy, strawberry, molasses, spicy cognac and oak. Delicious! The finish is stout and brought cognac, black cherry and oak. This offering contained a very rich, thick and smooth mouth feel that had good tannin creating a nice mouth pucker as well. If you have a sweet tooth, this port is refined and satisfying. Cheers!
