Napa Knolls Winery: Chardonnay 2008

Napa Knolls Winery: Chardonnay 2008

This Chardonnay by Napa Knolls Winery is bright and flavorful while keeping the palate clean and delicious.

The nose was delightfully aromatic with pear and pineapple. The palate was fresh with pear, pineapple, lemon, earthy, and grassy notes. All the flavors were well defined as they flowed - very nice. The finish produced a long, sweet lemon with wet grass affect that was delicious. The opposing finish notes truly brought out the best in each other. A day 2 tasting resulted in no compromise to flavor or quality. This is a medium- to full-bodied wine that provides a simple, crisp tasting experience not to be missed. Cheers!
