Provenance Vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

Provenance Vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

The goal of Provenance Vineyards is to produce wines that are like works of art. This 2007 offering lives up to this standard with a delicious palate and smooth mouth feel.

The nose was fruity with cherry and raspberry notes. It also included another hint of the palate to come with cocoa. The palate was vibrant with deep black cherry, blackberry, tangerine, coffee and chocolate. The finish was cherry sweet, vanilla and a hint of bitter cocoa. Fantastic. As the bottle opened, the nose revealed black cherry, raspberry, cocoa and sage. The palate remained similar with the the sweet black fruit elements blending together in a smooth, satisfying accord. Cheers!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Like Filet mignon, this is a tender item. With marination and slow cooking, you'll find yourself cutting into the tenderloin and thinking it was butter. Delicious. And on top of that, you'll see it is one of the the leanest meats around. Enjoy!
