Laetitia Winery's Estate selections are guaranteed to have the highest level of quality. This is because they growing their own fruit for these wines, enabling them to control the quality through out the wine making process. This 2008 Chardonnay reflects this high standard.

Rich and pleasing, the nose was guava, pineapple, butter, apple and cinnamon-spice. The palate was tart with cinnamon, green apple, guava, pineapple and oak. The finish contained lemon, guava and an oaky-musty element. This wine features strong acids, and great structure that showcases its well defined palate. The full-bodied feel yields a delicious chewy mouth feel that compliments the richness of flavors. Cheers!
