This Dutch style Pilsner is a simple one that doesn't offend or wow.

As the pour goes, this offering is pale , clear yellow with a good white head. The nose was grainy wheat, floral-rose and faint molasses. The palate was barley, slight honey and a bitter dandelion milk flavor. Overall it was smooth and light with a good mouth feel as the carbonation was small and mellow matching the palate. The finish was pale honey. I liken this to a Dutch Budweiser. It's fine, nothing amazing, but a touch better than a Budweiser. I'd chalk the quality to the Euro brewing purity laws. Serve this beverage at a temperature of 48˚F. Cheers!
