Widmer Brothers Brewing Company: Drifter Pale Ale

Brewed with generous amounts of Summit hops, a variety known for their intense citrus flavors and aromas, Drifter has a taste unique to the Pale Ale category.

The scent was light and mellow with hops and almond. The palate was refreshing with citrusy grapefruit, earthy sawdust, and a hint of dry apricot. Overall, this a very drinkable beer, with light hop and malt character. Serve this beverage at a temperature of 50˚- 55˚F. Cheers!
