This is a quality Pilsner that does exactly what a Pilsner should, deliver a light, refreshing experience.
Off the pour, a large head develops, then quickly disappears. From the glass, light corn, grass and mild hoppiness were the aromas. The flavors were great. Hoppy, evergreen, corn and subtle dandelion milk were the flavors of this refreshing Pilsner. The dandelion thing sounds strange, but that's how I would describe it. It is very similar to the slightly bitter milk from the stem of a dandelion. Anyway, this is a simple, clean and refreshing dry beer that delivers a focused, simple palate. Serve this beverage at a temperature of 50˚ - 55˚F. Cheers!
