Spaten-Franziskaner Bräu: Hefe-Weissbier

Spaten-Franziskaner Bräu: Hefe-Weissbier

As depicted, this beer is based on Franciscan monks brewing techniques which produce a creamy, satisfying wheat beer.

Right out of the bottle, this hefe-weissbier looked thick and satisfying with it's cloudy appearance. The nose had a delicious toffee malt scent. The palate was creamy banana, wheat, almond and a spicy clove and cinnamon end. Serve this beverage at a temperature of 50˚F. Cheers!
