This is a dry stout that is much "sweeter" than it's counterparts, Guiness and Beamish. So if you've tried those others and wished they weren't so bitter, this just might fit the bill for your taste.
The scent was like light toasted bread, let's say sourdough! The palate was bread, grainy, faint molasses and orange mid palate. Then tangy sour cream and a nice minerally chalk note off the back end. The overall impression: it's a medium dry beer, again, sweeter than Guiness stout with a creamy head that's like whip cream. Good stuff! Serve this beverage at a temperature of 55 - 60˚F. Cheers!
