Three Loose Screws: Aquinas Pinot Noir 2007

Three Loose Screws: Aquinas Pinot Noir 2007

This Aquinas Pinot Noir, named after St. Thomas Aquinas, is a simple yet delicious wine that finds its base in earthy flavors.

The nose was subdued with a wonderful combination of musty earthy scents, and eucalyptus. The palate was cherry, raspberry and a pleasant woody-oak. The finish is smooth with cherry and vanilla. A day 2 tasting yielded very consistent results. This medium-bodied Pinot is a bit one dimensional, but the earthiness of the overall fell is quite good, definitely worth a try. Cheers!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Like Filet mignon, this is a tender item. With marination and slow cooking, you'll find yourself cutting into the tenderloin and thinking it was butter. Delicious. And on top of that, you'll see it is one of the the leanest meats around. Enjoy!
