Kenwood Vineyards: Sauvignon Blanc 2008

Kenwood Vineyards: Sauvignon Blanc 2008

This offering from Kenwood Vineyards contains grapes from five different appellations of the Sonoma County area. They use sauvignon grapes from these different areas to create a wine with a unique palate, showcasing the different characteristic of these selected grapes.

The nose was citrus, leaning towards orange, a very light aroma of sweetness. The palate was of guava, candamom and lemon grass - very light and refreshing. This combination of sweet, spice and tart is a great combination. The finish was medium in strength with a palate of lemongrass and rose. Cheers!
