OOVVDA is a small boutique winery located just minutes north of I-44 in Springfield (southwest, MO). Wife, sons (and any live body nearby) help with the operations. All wines are made on site, using the finest local fruits available.
No artificial flavorings or colors are added. The actual fruits are used in crafting the wine!!! Current varietals include Red Raspberry, Cherry, Black Raspberry, Blueberry............and, you can get any of these dry or sweet! Wines made from grapes include: Norton, Traminette and Cayuga. The atmosphere is definitely casual. We feature an outdoor wine garden - ideal for a picnic and watching hummingbirds, bluebirds(Missouri state bird!) and purple martins, just to name a few. You will be able to meet the vintner, sample his wines, and if you are there at the right time, you might get drafted to help!!
