Château Moulin de Beauséjour: Bordeaux Supérieur 2007

Château Moulin de Beauséjour: Bordeaux Supérieur 2007

Pouring through an aerator, this bordeaux has a lovely ruby red color and a nose slightly mossy and of oak. Made from Merlot grapes only, the first sips are dominated by oak then sweet fruit hints of cherry and raspberry with some tannins.

As the glass opens up, the characteristics are typical bourdeaux - smooth, light and well-rounded. The wine becomes more fruity and medium in finish. It is a low alcohol wine that is perfect for weekday enjoyment. Day two brought further mellowing of the tannins, with the same well-rounded experience.
