La Cucaracha, La Cucaracha...
...well you know the rest. If not, the origins of this song are foggy at best, but it was definitely popular during the Mexican Revolution of the early 20th century. The song talks of a cockroach that can't walk anymore. But why? Maybe it drank too many of these shots! You're forewarned! This is a sweet drink that might have you in a singing mood after a couple.


1 part Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 part Drambuie® Scotch whisky


The key here is to layer this drink for presentation and flavor purposes. Fist pour in the coffee liqueur. Then, using as bar spoon, slowly pour the whiskey onto of coffee liqueur. When you shoot it, the finish will be sweet from the Kahlua® base.
