The Ginger Scotch Cocktail is quite simple, and simply quite good. Garnish with either lemon or fresh mint.

Ingredients:

2 oz Scotch whiskey
4 oz ginger ale

Directions:

1. Add ice to tall glass
2. Add Scotch whiskey and ginger ale
3. Stir
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint
