pesto or sundried tomatoes
1. Preheat oven at 375˚F
2. Remove stem and “fins” of the Portobello mushroom with a spoon.
3. Brush mushroom with olive oil.
4. Add pesto or sundried tomatos to open area created in mushroom.
5. Mix in some of mozzarella cheese.
6. Top with more mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake 375˚ for approximately 15 minutes.
8. Place in broiler until cheese is slightly browned if you desire.
9. Garnish with a sun-dried tomato and sprig of chive.
