1 buffalo mozzorella cheese
2 medium tomatoes
1. Slice mozzorella cheese into 4 even disc slices
2. Slice tomatoes into discs as well
3. Place a slice of tomato on a chilled plate first, then a slice of mozzorella, then a sprig or two of fresh basil.
4. Repeat the stack if you like, or start a new one.
5. Pour olive oil generously over the stack, and drizzle balsamic vinegar over that to top it off.
