A Graphic Designer by trade. I ventured out into the catering and winery world. I love pairing food with wine and thus started a catering business to please my convictions!
Trezette’s Catering specializes in gourmet appetizers and of course paired with wine.

But I wanted to be more involved with the winery business. I was hired at Lenora Winery as the Operations Manager for there wine tasting room. For five years, I represented Lenora as well as working closely with the owner and winemaker, Frank Karlsson. I wanted my own winery store and came up with the idea to represent/sell just wines from the San Diego County area. There are great wines coming out of this region, especially the Ramona Valley Appellation. I like to detect the aroma and the characteristics of each wine and then think about what food would go with that wine. Thus, Country Cellars was born!
