Volcano Winery

Volcano Winery

Volcano Winery is the only winery on the Big Island of Hawaii, and is the southern most winery in the United States. Volcano Winery sits on 64 acres and is located at approximately 4,000 feet above sea level on the slopes of Mauna Loa and Kilauea volcanoes. At this elevation they have a climate similar to the Pacific Northwest.

We are located on Pii Mauna Drive (mile marker 30 on Highway 110, just a few miles from the entrance to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The winery was established in the early 80's by the McKinney family. In 1999 Mr.Del Bothof purchased the winery. Under his control, the winery has grown every year in both production and visitors.
