This wine has it's roots in the Cline family’s 80 to 100-year old vines in Oakley, California. From these historic holdings the wine has grown to include grapes sourced from California’s finest zinfandel regions.
The 2007 edition of the California Zinfandel continues to draw from an assortment of superb Zinfandel vineyards. With this variety, they are able to produce a wine with good variety in the palate without being too focused.
The 2007 Heritage Zinfandel is perhaps one of the more balanced and elegant vintages Dry Creek has had in recent memory. This delicious wine combines fruit from the warm Dry Creek Valley and cool Russian River Valley appellations in a 87% Zinfandel to 13% Petite Sirah combination.
