Making wine in the family tradition of their Italian heritage, Spero Winery creates in the ‘old country’ ways. They age their red wines in oak barrels for a minimum of two years, thus meeting the viticulture standards of being reserve wines. The wines are reserve quality, but not with reserve prices.

Alfred Eames Cellars' wine is traditionally crafted from grapes grown
in the high elevations of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Our red wines
are fermented in open vats, barrel aged in French oak, unfined and
unfiltered. Our white wines are barrel fermented and lightly filtered.

Amber Ridge Vineyards, was founded in 1998 when owners Gene and Lorinda
Corley purchased approximately eight(8) acres in the "Vinelands" area
of Palisade, Colorado. (Grand Valley Appellation) Grapes were
originally grown in the Vinelands in the late 1800's, and the area is
noted for its moderate climate, brilliant days and cool nights. The
nearby Colorado River provides water for the vineyard.

Augustina's Winery is one of the older Colorado wineries now dotting Colorado's Front Range. Licensed in 1997 it was the first winery in Boulder. Locally known as the winery with the oddball art deco labels, fanciful wine names, and slightly different philosophy about wine.

Avanti Winery, also known as Gars & Grapes, provides the largest

Breckenridge Winery began in September 2002 when winemaker James Davis returned to Colorado after working in Napa Valley. All of their grapes are selected from sustainable vineyards in Colorado, primarily from the Grand Valley viticultural area where vineyards range in altitude from 5000 to 6500 feet.

Since July 2002, The Winery at Holy Cross Abbey has been attracting visitors from all over the world. Located on the pastoral and serene grounds of The Holy Cross Abbey, nestled against the spectacular backdrop of the Wet Mountains, the winery and tasting room are shining examples of what draws visitors to Cañon City and Fremont County.
