Cottonwood Cellars is bringing the fresh mountain terroir of the incomparable Uncompahgre Valley to a tasting room near you, Coloradoans! With three new tasting rooms sprinkled across the Rocky Mountain State, it has never been more convenient to sample the regional wines of Cottonwood Cellars.
Named for the century-old trees that call the winery home, Cottonwood Cellars rests at 5400ft in the small farming community of Olathe, Colorado. And while the family-owned and operated winery enjoys its off-the-beaten-path location, its wines are now making themselves comfortable in some of the state’s largest metropolitan areas.
In addition to the tasting room at the winery itself, Cottonwood Cellars now plays host to two tasting rooms in Denver and one more just outside of Colorado Springs in Woodland Park. Get to the location nearest you and taste the Cabernet Sauvignon that Cottonwood is best known for, and try Cottonwood’s oak-aged Chardonnay – made for people that don’t normally like Chardonnay!
